SHIPPING POLICY
All orders shipped will take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Please allow extra time to process an order during weekends and holidays. You will receive an email to confirm your order. Pieces offers a pick up policy as well, read below for more details.
PICK UP POLICY
Pieces is based out of Dallas, TX and Auburn, AL which both have a pick up options for your order. The merchandise is split between the two locations, the "details" of each item will indicate where each item is located. If you do prefer pick up please indicate on the checkout page under "add a note" and you will receive an email about location and time of your purchase pick up.

RETURN POLICY
Pieces accepts returns for full refund within 14 calendar days upon receiving your item. For online credit returns we allow 30 days. All sale items are final and not eligible for refund, online credit, or exchange. All returns must be in the same condition when receiving the item, if your item is damaged please contact us through email within 3 days of your items arrival.
